2. Class Enrollment & Student Participation

Information on programs, schedules, pricing, and class availability is provided for general reference and may change at any time.

Enrollment in classes or programs may require:

  • Completion of a liability waiver

  • Acceptance of school rules and safety policies

  • Payment of tuition or fees

  • Agreement to additional terms specific to training or events

PaSaRyu Martial Arts LLC reserves the right to refuse service or enrollment to any individual for safety, behavioral, or administrative reasons.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, curriculum descriptions, videos, and branding — is the property of PaSaRyu Martial Arts LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content

  • Modify or create derivative works

  • Use any content for commercial purposes without written permission

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

4. Payments & Billing

Payments made through the Site are processed securely through Wix and its authorized payment partners. By submitting payment information, you confirm that it is accurate and that you are authorized to use it.

PaSaRyu Martial Arts LLC is not responsible for:

  • Bank or card issuer fees

Refunds, cancellations, and billing policies are governed by the school’s internal policies, which may be provided separately.

  • Loss of data, interruptions, or technical errors

Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

7. No Guarantees

PaSaRyu Martial Arts LLC does not guarantee:

  • Specific fitness outcomes

  • Belt rank advancement timelines

  • Self‑defense results

  • Continuous availability of the Site or its features

All training results vary by individual effort, attendance, and ability.

8. Changes to the Site or Terms

We may update the Site or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.

Any disputes arising from use of the Site or participation in PaSaRyu Martial Arts LLC programs shall be resolved:

  • First through informal negotiation

  • If unresolved, through binding arbitration in Shelby County, Tennessee

You agree to waive any right to participate in class‑action claims.
